These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeMei Beauty (乐美韩妆) website (the "Site") and any wholesale supply of products arranged through us ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business-to-business use

The Site and our services are intended for businesses — including retailers, online stores, distributors, spas, salons, and clinics — purchasing for resale or commercial use. By contacting us you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to do so.

2. Our role

LeMei Beauty acts as an agent and distributor connecting Korean cosmetics manufacturers and authorised suppliers with wholesale buyers in global markets. We are not the manufacturer of the products we supply. All brand names, product names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Product authenticity

We source products directly from brand-authorised Korean suppliers and take reasonable steps to ensure authenticity. Product packaging, formulations, ingredients, and availability are determined by the respective manufacturers and may change without notice.

4. Inquiries, quotes & orders

• Information on the Site, including product listings, is provided for reference and does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of availability or price.
• Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times are confirmed individually by written quotation following your inquiry.
• An order is only binding once we have issued a written confirmation (or invoice) and any agreed deposit or payment has been received.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted per order and depend on the brand, quantity, destination, and prevailing exchange rates. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes. Payment terms are agreed in writing before dispatch. Title to goods passes only once payment has been received in full.

6. Shipping, delivery & customs

We arrange end-to-end logistics and freight consolidation where requested. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with all import and product regulations applicable in the destination country.

7. Inspection, damages & claims

The buyer must inspect goods on receipt and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage, or discrepancy within seven (7) days of delivery, with supporting photographs where relevant. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

8. Returns & cancellations

As a wholesale supplier, orders are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable once confirmed, except in the case of verified defects or errors on our part. Any return must be agreed in writing in advance.

9. Compliance & resale

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that products are stored, labelled, marketed, and sold in compliance with all laws and regulations in their market, including cosmetics, labelling, and consumer-protection requirements.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, layout, graphics, and the LeMei Beauty name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names and logos are shown for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your resale, marketing, or handling of the products.

13. Privacy

Information you submit through our inquiry form (such as your name, company, email, and message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship. We do not sell your data. Inquiries are processed via our form provider and email.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeMei Beauty operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. (Specify the exact governing law and venue before publishing.)

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site with the "Last updated" date above applies to current and future inquiries.
